Holy Week Events Timeline & Bible Readings for Families

Easter is my absolute favorite holiday because it is the day that Jesus conquered death - after paying the ultimate sacrifice for me. It is the reason we have hope and eternal life. It is truly a reason to celebrate. But, before the resurrection, so many things happened in Jesus' life and several of the lessons (like parables) children learn in Sunday School all took place in one day during Holy Week!

I have put together a kid-friendly Holy Week timeline along with Scriptures to read with your family. Like I said, it was a jam packed week which means there would be a lot of Scripture to read. So, I have kept it as simple as possible.
