Before my son was one, I was so impressed with how much he loved veggies. I thought I was so "lucky" that I didn't get one of those picky babies. Well, literally like a switch, as soon as my son hit a year old, he stopped eating veggies. And ever since, the struggle has been real. I never thought I would be the mom that had to hide veggies but here I am writing a post on how to hide veggies!
Of course, I realize there ain't nothing like the real thing but I'd rather my son get some type of veggies in his body without having to force feed him. I also continue to offer him veggies and make try to make them enticing (I do think we had a mini break through with our veggie crafts!).

1) Outshine Fruit & Veggie Bars
I cannot tell a lie, my son has one of these almost every day. I used to freeze yogurt and tell him it was ice cream which works great, too, but I came across these Outshine Fruit & Veggie Bars and thought I'd give them a try. He loves them!
2) Veggie Sausage
MorningStar Farms Veggie Sausage is another thing we have pretty much daily. Well, my son does, anyway. Though, I think they're pretty delicious, he's completely unwilling to share!
3) EasyPeasie Veggie Blends
EasyPeasie is a great way to hide Veggies in anything, even drinks! The all natural blend is made with real veggies and has no added sugar or preservatives. EasyPeasie is also meant to be a palate primer, meaning the goal is to get your little one to actually eat veggies.
